Smashd is a ranking app for amateur racket sports. You play with friends, log scores, earn SRP, and climb tiers across seasons.

Padel and Pickleball at launch. Badminton, Squash and Tennis will follow.

Yes. To join a match you scan the creator's QR code or enter the match code on the spot. No remote invites: every match is real.

Tap "New Match" and pick a mode: Ranked (competitive, affects your SRP) or Casual (free play, no SRP impact). In Ranked, sport and format are set by Smashd. In Casual you configure everything yourself.

Scan their QR code or type the code shown in the app. Everyone has to be physically present.

In Casual only. The creator can add guest players. Guests earn no XP, don't appear in stats, and don't affect SRP. With a guest, real players' XP is reduced by 75%.

One player taps "End Match" and enters the score (3-minute lock). In Casual the result is final immediately. In Ranked, the opposing team has 15 minutes to confirm or dispute. After validation, you still have 24 hours to open a dispute.

No. In Ranked you can pause the match and resume later. To stop for good, any real player triggers an Early End (injury, forfeit, mutual agreement…). In Casual you can end with no winner. In Ranked a winner is always required.

• A lobby that never starts is cancelled after 24 hours.
• A match in progress with no score submitted is cancelled after 12 hours.
• No XP or SRP is awarded.

In Ranked, the opponent can dispute within 15 minutes, or open a dispute within 24 hours after validation. Up to 3 proposals go back and forth. If there's still no agreement after the 3rd round, a Smashd admin decides.

XP rewards you for playing, in Casual and Ranked. Every validated match earns XP (win or loss). It feeds an uncapped level system that never resets. Tracked per sport.

• Win: 100 XP + 20 per set won
• Loss: 40 XP + 20 per set won
• Ranked: total × 2
• Casual with a guest: total × 0.25 for real players

No. XP and SRP are independent.

SRP (Smashd Ranking Points) is your competitive score. It drives your tier and your place on the leaderboard. It's calculated with an ELO-style formula: beating stronger opponents earns more, losing to weaker ones costs more.

Both teams' SRP is compared to estimate win probability. A margin bonus applies (winning 2-0 earns more than 2-1). Your delta is only revealed once the score is validated.

Your first 5 ranked matches in a sport. During that time, your tier and SRP stay hidden. When you're done, your tier is revealed based on how you played. When you activate your pass, you also self-rate your level so you start in the right place.

Global, segmented by tier. Your country shows as a flag, with no separate country leaderboard for now.

At launch, no: your SRP and tier carry into the next season as-is.

Up to 5 skipped seasons, your SRP is kept. From 6 seasons without playing, you start over like a new player (new placement period).

Yes, but you'll plateau. If you often beat the same opponent, your SRP settles above theirs. After 2 rematches against the same roster within 14 days, the SRP delta is also dampened.

5 tiers, each split into 3 subtiers (III, II, I). III is the entry of the tier, I the top.

• Bronze III to I: 0 to 1,099 SRP
• Silver III to I: 1,100 to 1,349 SRP
• Gold III to I: 1,350 to 1,599 SRP
• Platinum III to I: 1,600 to 1,849 SRP
• Diamond III to I: 1,850+ SRP

It is derived directly from your SRP after every validated ranked match. If your SRP crosses a threshold, your subtier changes.

No. A win freezes your demotion shield.

If your SRP drops by 2 subtiers or more, your badge follows immediately. For a single-step dip, a shield earned on your last promo protects you for a few matches (it only depletes on losses).

It unlocks Ranked for one sport for the current season. Without an active pass you can still play Casual and join Leagues, but you don't affect the competitive leaderboard.

Yes. Season 1 of each sport is free. You just activate your pass in the app.

For the current season only (about 2 months). You need a new one each season.

After the free Season 1: 10 € for the first sport, 5 € for each additional sport, per season.

On mobile, refunds go through the App Store or Play Store. Smashd guideline: no ranked match played, purchase within 14 days, paid pass. Free passes have nothing to refund. Special cases: play@smashd.gg.

No. Your last tier stays on your profile. The pass is how you play Ranked again, not how you keep your badge.

60 days, followed by a one-week cooldown before the next one.

A silent reputation score (per player and per sport) rewards clean play and penalises abuse. It is used as a leaderboard tie-breaker. Beating much weaker players earns very little SRP, which limits farming.

Yes. Report from a profile or after a match (human review, no auto sanction). A blocked player disappears from your Leagues, and neither of you can join the other's matches.

• Per-sport ban: Ranked locked for that sport. Casual and other sports stay open.
• Global ban: account suspended, no actions left (you can sign back in to appeal).

Yes by default. Other players see your username, first name, avatar, stats and match history. Phone, email and Season Pass stay private.

Username: from profile edit, no limit. Deletion: from settings, after confirmation and identity re-check. Personal info is anonymised; match data is kept for leaderboard integrity.

For Ranked, yes. SMS verification once, when you activate your first Season Pass. One phone number = one account. Country is also collected at that step.

A private circle to compare yourself with your friends. SRP stays global: a League is a filtered view of your crew, not a separate ladder.

In the Leagues tab, create a group (tied to your active sport) or join one via the 6-character code / smashd.gg/group/join/… link. No Season Pass needed to create or join.

• Up to 50 members per League
• Up to 10 Leagues per player
• One League = one sport

Without a pass, you show with a dash. With a pass but still in placement, you see "In placement · N/5".
